ما هي تأشيرة الحماية؟What is the Protection visa?

  • تأشيرة الحماية (Subclass 866) هي المسار لمن يطلب الحماية بعد وصوله إلى أستراليا، أي أنها تُقدَّم من داخل أستراليا (onshore). بحسب صفحة Services Australia، لا يوجد مقدِّم/كفيل لها.The Protection visa (subclass 866) is the pathway for people who apply for protection after arriving in Australia — it is lodged onshore. Per the Services Australia page, there is no proposer for it.
  • تُقيَّم الحالة على أساس التزامات أستراليا في الحماية الدولية (اتفاقية اللاجئين والحماية التكميلية). القرار للوزارة بعد فحص الطلب والهوية والسجل الجنائي والصحة.Cases are assessed against Australia's international protection obligations (the Refugee Convention and complementary protection). The Department decides after assessing the claims, identity, character and health.
  • ليست مسار هجرة عادية: لا تُستخدم لتجاوز مسارات أخرى، وتقديم معلومات غير صادقة قد يضر بالطلب وبأي طلب لاحق.It is not an ordinary migration route: it is not a shortcut around other pathways, and untrue information can harm this and any later application.

من يستطيع التقديم؟Who can apply?

  • أنت بحاجة لأن تكون داخل أستراليا لتقدّم هذه التأشيرة. من هو خارج أستراليا لا يقدّم عليها، وله مسارات أخرى (انظر دليل التأشيرات الإنسانية من الخارج).You need to be in Australia to lodge this visa. If you are outside Australia you do not lodge it; other routes exist (see the offshore humanitarian visas guide).

التأشيرات المؤقتة السابقة (TPV وSHEV)Earlier temporary visas (TPV and SHEV)

  • حاملو التأشيرتين المؤقتتين (Subclass 785 وSubclass 790) قبل 14 فبراير 2023 أُتيح لهم مسار دائم عبر تأشيرة Resolution of Status (Subclass 851). شروط هذا المسار تفصيلية.People who held a Temporary Protection (785) or Safe Haven Enterprise (790) visa before 14 February 2023 were given a permanent pathway through the Resolution of Status visa (subclass 851). The pathway has detailed conditions.

احذر قبل أن تدفع أو تثقBe careful before you pay or trust

  • لا أحد يضمن تأشيرة حماية. من يعدك بنتيجة أو بـ«ثغرة» أو بسعر ثابت لضمان القبول فهذه علامة نصب.Nobody can guarantee a protection visa. Anyone promising an outcome, a «loophole» or a fixed price to guarantee approval is a red flag.
  • لا تدفع أبدًا مقابل «ملف لجوء جاهز» أو قصة مكتوبة لك. الطلب يعتمد على وقائعك الحقيقية فقط.Never pay for a «ready-made asylum file» or a story written for you. Your application must rest only on your own true facts.
  • المهرّبون ومن يعدون برحلات غير نظامية يعرّضون حياتك للخطر. لا يوجد مسار لجوء مضمون عبر القوارب.People smugglers and anyone offering irregular journeys put your life at risk. There is no guaranteed asylum route by boat.
  • إذا كان من يساعدك مقدّمًا خدمة هجرة، تحقق منه: وكيل مسجّل (MARN) أو محامٍ مؤهل أو جهة مجانية معروفة.If someone helping you offers immigration assistance, verify them: a registered agent (MARN), a qualified lawyer or a known free service.

  • جهات قانونية مجانية أو منخفضة التكلفة مثل RACS وRefugee Legal، وهيئات المساعدة القانونية في الولايات. تحقق من أهليتك لدى كل جهة.Free or low-cost legal services such as RACS and Refugee Legal, and state legal aid commissions. Check each one's eligibility.

لا. تأشيرة 866 تُقدَّم من داخل أستراليا. من هو خارجها له مسارات إنسانية أخرى محدودة، وتُوصَف في الدليل الخاص بها.No. Subclass 866 is lodged onshore. If you are outside Australia, limited humanitarian pathways exist and are described in their own guide.

هل يمكنني دفع رسوم لوسيط لضمان القبول؟Can I pay an intermediary to guarantee approval?
