الخطوات العامةGeneral steps

• اختر مؤسسة ودورة مسجّلتين رسميًا للطلاب الدوليين. السجل الحكومي لذلك اسمه CRICOS.Choose a provider and course registered for international students. The government register is called CRICOS.
• قدّم طلب القبول لدى المؤسسة. عند قبولك وسداد ما يُطلب، تصدر لك «تأكيد التسجيل» (CoE).Apply to the provider. Once accepted and any required payment is made, you receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
• قدّم طلب تأشيرة الطالب (Subclass 500) عبر حساب ImmiAccount مع الوثائق المطلوبة.Lodge your Student visa (subclass 500) application through ImmiAccount with the required evidence.
• رتّب التأمين الصحي للطلاب الدوليين (OSHC) والسكن قبل السفر.Arrange Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) and accommodation before you travel.
• بعد المنح، اقرأ شروط تأشيرتك بدقة ولا تفترض أنها مثل غيرك.Once granted, read your visa conditions carefully — don't assume they match someone else's.

• أنك طالب حقيقي بنيّة دراسة فعلية (الاسم الرسمي لهذا الشرط تغيّر مع الوقت — تحقق من الصيغة الحالية على موقع الوزارة).That you are a genuine student with a real intention to study (the official name of this requirement has changed over time — check the current wording on the Department's site).
• القدرة المالية على تغطية الرسوم والمعيشة والسفر، بالأدلة المقبولة.Financial capacity to cover fees, living costs and travel, with acceptable evidence.
• مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية المطلوب للمؤسسة والتأشيرة.The English level required by your provider and the visa.
• الصحة والتأمين، والسجل الجنائي حسب الشروط.Health, insurance and character requirements.

وثائق شائعةCommon documents

• جواز سفر ساري، وصور هوية رسمية.A valid passport and official identity documents.
• CoE ونتيجة اختبار اللغة إن طُلبت.Your CoE and an English test result if required.
• أدلة مالية: كشوف حسابات، منح، أو كفالة مالية موثّقة.Financial evidence: bank statements, scholarship letters or documented sponsorship.
• إثبات OSHC، وشهادات التعليم السابقة وخطاب الغرض من الدراسة إن طُلب.Proof of OSHC, previous education records and a study statement if requested.

أخطاء شائعةCommon mistakes

• الاعتماد على «وكيل تعليمي» كأنه وكيل هجرة. وكيل التعليم يساعدك في القبول، ولا يجوز له تقديم مشورة هجرة إلا إذا كان مسجّلًا.Treating an education agent as a migration agent. An education agent can help with admission but can't give migration advice unless also registered.
• افتراض أن الدراسة تضمن إقامة دائمة — لا تضمنها.Assuming study guarantees permanent residence — it does not.
• تقديم كشف مالي لا يعكس وضعك الحقيقي أو وثائق غير صحيحة؛ يؤدي ذلك لرفض وقد يؤثر على طلبات مستقبلية.Submitting a financial record that does not reflect reality or false documents — this can lead to refusal and affect future applications.
• عدم قراءة قيود ساعات العمل ومدة الدراسة في شروط التأشيرة.Not reading work-hour limits and study-duration conditions on your visa.
