5 خطوات للتحقق5 verification steps
- اطلب رقم تسجيل الوكيل (MARN) كتابةً، وليس شفهيًا فقط.Ask the agent for their registration number (MARN) in writing, not only verbally.
- ابحث عنه في سجل OMARA الرسمي وطابق الاسم والشركة وبيانات التواصل.Search the official OMARA register and match name, business and contact details.
- تأكد أن التسجيل ساري، وراجع أي عقوبات أو قيود ظاهرة.Confirm registration is current and look for any visible sanctions or restrictions.
- اطلب اتفاقية خدمة مكتوبة وتقديرًا واضحًا للرسوم قبل أي دفع.Request a written service agreement and a clear fee estimate before paying anything.
- احتفظ بإيصالات وصور من كل المراسلات واطلب نسخة من كل ما يُقدَّم باسمك.Keep receipts and copies of correspondence, and ask for a copy of everything lodged in your name.

علامات حمراء إضافيةMore red flags
- وسيط خارج أستراليا غير مسجّل يعرض «ترتيب كل شيء». تقول مصادر حكومية إن الجهات الأسترالية قد لا تستطيع ملاحقته خارج البلاد.An unregistered intermediary overseas offering to 'arrange everything'. Government sources note Australian authorities may not be able to act against offshore unregistered providers.
- وعود بنتائج أو «علاقات داخل الوزارة».Promises of outcomes or 'contacts inside the Department'.
- يطلب منك فتح حساب ImmiAccount باسمه أو الاحتفاظ ببيانات دخولك.Asks to create your ImmiAccount in their name or hold your login details.
- لا يعطيك نسخًا من طلبك.Won't give you copies of your application.
ماذا لو ساءت الأمور؟If something goes wrong
- وكيل مسجّل: يمكنك تقديم شكوى لدى OMARA.Registered agent: you can complain to OMARA.
- شخص غير مسجّل يقدّم مساعدة غير قانونية: يمكن الإبلاغ عبر Border Watch التابع لوزارة الداخلية.Unregistered person giving unlawful assistance: report via the Department's Border Watch.
- نصب مالي: بلّغ Scamwatch وبنكك فورًا.Financial scam: report to Scamwatch and your bank immediately.
