- طلب اهتمام (EOI)Expression of Interest (EOI)
- إرسال عبر SkillSelect تُبدي فيه اهتمامك بتأشيرات مهارية معينة. ليس طلب تأشيرة؛ لا بد من دعوة قبل التقديم الفعلي.A submission in SkillSelect that says you are interested in certain skilled visas. It is not a visa application; an invitation is needed before you can apply.

- تأكيد التسجيل (CoE)Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
- وثيقة تصدرها مؤسسة تعليمية مسجّلة تؤكد تسجيلك، وتلزم عادةً لطلب تأشيرة الطالب.A document issued by a registered education provider confirming your enrolment. It is normally needed to apply for a student visa.

- سجل حكومي للمؤسسات والدورات المسموح بها للطلاب الدوليين.The Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students: the government register of providers and courses open to international students.
- التأمين الصحي للطلاب الدوليين (OSHC)Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
- تأمين صحي للطلاب الدوليين، يُطلب عادةً مع تأشيرة الطالب. تأكد لحالتك.Health insurance for international students. It is normally required for a student visa; confirm for your case.
- رقم تسجيل وكيل الهجرة (MARN)Migration Agents Registration Number (MARN)
- الرقم الممنوح لوكيل الهجرة المسجّل، ويمكن التحقق منه في السجل الرسمي.The number given to a registered migration agent. You can check it on the official register.
- هيئة تسجيل وكلاء الهجرة (OMARA)Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)
- الجهة التي تنظّم وكلاء الهجرة المسجّلين وتحتفظ بالسجل.The body that regulates registered migration agents in Australia and keeps the register.
- حساب ImmiAccountImmiAccount
- الحساب الإلكتروني المستخدم لتقديم الطلبات لوزارة الداخلية، ويُفضَّل أن يُنشأ ويُحتفظ به باسم مقدّم الطلب.The online account used to lodge applications with the Department of Home Affairs. It should be created and held by the applicant.

- تقييم من الجهة المسؤولة عن مهنتك لمدى استيفاء مؤهلاتك وخبرتك لمعيارها.An assessment by the authority responsible for an occupation that your qualifications and experience meet its standard.
- فئة التأشيرة (Subclass)Visa subclass
- الرقم الذي يحدد نوع التأشيرة، مثل الفئة 500 لتأشيرة الطالب.The number that identifies a visa type, for example subclass 500 for the Student visa.
- تأشيرة مؤقتة (Provisional)Provisional visa
- تأشيرة مؤقتة قد تقود إلى تأشيرة دائمة عند استيفاء الشروط.A temporary visa that may lead to a permanent visa if conditions are met.
- الترشيح (Nomination)Nomination
- دعم لمقدّم الطلب من حكومة ولاية أو إقليم أو من صاحب عمل، ويلزم لبعض التأشيرات.Support for an applicant from a state or territory government or an employer, required for some visas.
- رقم الملف الضريبي (TFN)Tax File Number (TFN)
- رقم يصدره مكتب الضرائب الأسترالي، ويطلبه صاحب العمل لمعالجة الضريبة.A number issued by the Australian Taxation Office. Employers ask for it so tax is handled correctly.
